Does the subject hold true in connection with terrorists over the world in general and Maoists in particular? I am a student of political science and doing some research on this. Any interesting comments/suggestions will be appreciated...i hope to get answers from literate people who will stick to the characters of the game mentioned in civilized world.

So basically, once you have killed someone...and accepted the crime...you should be forgiven? No civilized country in the world has that law.. If a killer can't be forgiven...how can the terrorists be? Be logical...

In Nepal, nobody will be penalized if he has got some group behind him. From law to enforcement , there is not specific to obey this . I am weak in discussion. Nepal is fully utilizing 'Loktantra'(chhadatantra?)
