Hey sajha readers
I was just declared out of status 6 months ago. I dont know what to do. Please can u guys give me suggestions regarding this.
I am in NYC. Does anybody have any idea or no. of good immigration lawyer so i can contact him

if it is one day over 6 months then you can't be reinstated. if you are 1 day less than 6 month then you can still appply for reinstatement.
By chance if its over 6 month then the best option would be going to canada and applying visa from there. Never ever apply for reinstatement if you have been out of status for over 6 months. You will have to mail your original I-94 to USCIS and it would never come back if you are not reinstated.
