Question for reliability: Not 100%
Clarity: Ok , Not as AT& T or direct phone. You Know these prepaid uses VOIP.
Price: $2 gives about 49 minutes to KTM, outside 10 Minutes, Do not know to cell.
Beauty you can buy $2 and finsih in one sigle call. Avoid surchages.

I am in MA and bought from indian grocery store. It deos not give the web address.
It gives the full minutes it says.
