LOL BC.

I moved out of the Boston area recently. I've headed in a southerly direction to what is supposed to be another state but seems more like another planet ... he he :)

Miss Bwaston every so often ... especially the restaurant and arts and culture scene.

It's pretty good where I am - love the outdoors - but it doesn't have the same chic and feel as lets say the Back Bay or Cape Cod.

Anyways, you a Somevillian? My cousin got admitted to a nearby university and is planning to move to the Somerville/Cambridge/Arlington area. Seems like the rent is still reasonable (relatively speaking) in those areas. The Back Bay and both the North and South shores are still ridiculous in spite of the slump in the housing market. I was reading an article in the Globe about how the slum might actually be driving rents up because people who would have bought are holding back to see if housing prices go down further. Go figure - the housing market dynamics work in mysterious ways it seem ... he he

Have a good one.

BTW, the Sox beat the Angels huh? I am surrounded by ardent citizens of the Red Sox Nation here - which interestingly enough was never the case when I was there he he
