Hi guys,
I took a Business System Analyst training from Indian consultancy last month............ Now when I went for resume making procees, they are asking me that I can come up with any Real Projects so that it will be easy in the interviews............... I tried but could not get one....................
Suggest me what should I do? If someone has gone through experience please share, or if you have real projects that is much better. If not please tell me how could I find such materials online. The question my consultancy asked me was:
"Things you need to know about any project that you select
1> Has to be for a US based client
2> Need to know the exisiting system (if any). If not what was the existing manual /paer-based process which was being followed.
3> Business users/stakeholders
4> Difficulty or need for a new/enhanced sytem
5> Proposed system,
6> Screenshots if any for the proposed system
7> What the new system was developed using, technologies used
8> Benefit to the client by having the new system
9> Team size – how many dev, testers, BAs, PM on the team
***Pick these case studies only if you do not find any application development projects.
If you are proposing that a company’s product was bought, then why it was bought and what was your role in making the decision. Then why that product was chosen vis-à -vis other products available. What were other vendors/products that were available as options."
I think I am confortable with Risk Management or Insurance comapny's. I am studying all the related materials needed for BA. I am not a technical person but I have good knowledge of Finance. I am confused so any good suggestion is helpful.
