Friends..

From a unknown source... I came to know that USCIS is following a pattern to send the receipt ..

Rule:

1) Select *.* from "luckyBastard"  table
2) Sort  by lastname
3)Randomize  within sorted lastname group

eg:
luckyBastard table

step 1
AB
CY
TT
DI
RB
SS
TI
US

Step 2

AB
RB
DI
TI
SS
US
CY

step 3 ( randomize within sorted lastname group )

SS
US
DI
TI
AB
RB
CY

so if people starting lastname "S" will get first .. and then "I" and then "B" and "Y"

Now do analysis with this algorithm and verify this here....

Post the lastname of the people who got H1B so far and find whether you are in "LuckyBasterd" table or Not.

Using this Algorithm ..

People with lastname "S" ... have less chance of getting H1B receipt .. Coz Most of the H1B lucky bastard I know .. their name starts with "S"...
