my visa is just expired but i have travel document and H1B .how risky is it to visit nepal at this condition? or should i wait for GC.

when you say risky-in what aspect? If you need to go to consular for visa stamp, you will not have any problem. If you are talking about present political situation, why do you scare to go to own home?
