hey guys, i wz a student in m1 status bt i gt out of status and i tried wid the immigration courts as well to reinstate maself bt i gt rejected..and i hv a visa thts valid till may of this year..so i wanted to know the penalties tht i wd hv to go through if i overstayed in us for 2 more years and thn go voluntarily back to nepal?? m in serious trouble plz help.....

I don't think there any penalty. Actually, you might qualify for the GC after a few years under of those reform programs.
