1. can work for current employer
2. can work for any employer
3. seeking work authorization
4. can work in EU

For F1, no authorization is required. You can work for any employer either in cash or check? Even social security is not required. You can even skip tax if you work in cash. In extreme case some F1 s use "lost and found" social security number. There is big flexibility for F1 status.
