 Documents for H1-B Spouse Interview

Hello frens

Does anybody has experience for documentation for interview for H-1B spouse (wife) interview? What documents we really need to show before consular for interview?

Here You go

1. I797 -Your Approved H1B petition
2.I129
3.LCA
4.Employment Verification letter Stating that you r currently Employed with this XYZ Company
5.Offer Letter
6.W-2's and IRS Tax return Docs.
7.All the paystubs that u have.
8.Your Bank Statement
9.Copy of ur passports and previous I-94.
10. Marriage certificate

My wife had applied for H4 visa with these Docs couple of Months back.

Waiyat list above.


Following is good enough.


1. Marriage certificate establishing her relationship with you


2. You approved H-1B (and you can add a letter from your employer stating that you are still employed with them)


Other documents listed above usually not necessary but you can add them if you want and have them.
