i was working with dhoti consultancy and i got project end and went nepal to get h1 b visa stamped. i got visa stamped and came US on September 2009 without notifying my employer because i don't have a project. now after 4 months i got job offer from other consultancy ( not dhoti one) who had direct client. its staffing agency. I  have all papers except pay stubs. how can i get my paystubs from my dhoti employer so that i can tranfer? any comments/ suggestions will be highly appreciated.

one of my brother suggested me to talk with my employer and ask for transfering my h1b visa into f1 and ask them to give paystub. don't tell them that i got new project. they might ask money .since they are dhoti consultancey they might consider my situation and run pay stubs.

i don't know how much period exactly paytub is required for transfer of H1 b to other company?

if any one know attoney's contact number?

What if you tell them that you gonna need pay stubs to apply canadina PR. I don't think they gonna ask details why you needs pay stubs.
