| Woman kills man to save her honour, surrenders |

A young woman, who killed a man on Wednesday night for allegedly attempting to rape her in a village in Dolakha, has surrendered herself before the police on Thursday.
The woman identified as Kamala Gole,30, of Gairimudi-3 had killed 32-year-old Kiran Ghising of the same village yesterday midnight after the latter allegedly attacked her with the intention of rape.
Immediately after the incident, the young woman walked out of her home and surrendered herself before the police today morning, said the District Police Office. She has already confessed to the crime of killing Ghising, who was the husband of her own sister-in-law.

Maybe we should do something so that she gets out of police custody with her respect intact. Any women rights organization we can refer to about this case??

Killing is not a solutuion though, i know rape is crime, but taking a life is also a crime.

If I was in her situation I would probably do the same thing. I know killing is crime but so is rape and she was just trying to save herself. Bravo to her ..........

Killing is not a solution but what would she do when she was left with no other options to protect her honor? Any undaunted woman would have done what she did instead of giving in to that demon. Bravo!!
