Explain the reasons for RFE in details so that we can analyze the case properly. Your case is quite a vague to me.

Dude...I don't want to make you afraid but just give you heads up, that there are denial for that reason. My coworkers frm India , got his 140 denied because of similar reason. If your educational requirement is just BS, you should be fine as you can make educational evaluation easily using your masters, but if it is BS + MS, consult with good lawyer. In any case, consult with good layer. All the best. This rfe is basically backed by USCIS argument that 3 yrs bachelor is not equivalent to US 4 yrs bachelor and even though u have masters u have 17 yrs of education but not 18 yrs.

But also on good side one of my frn frm Nepal got his GC with out any rfe for three yrs degree as he has masters frm US, so it all depends on officer who is handling case. So take is seriously and make informed decision.

@neerman and stylish.
RFE is on h1b. They said only 3 years of Bachelor's degree in related subject , though I do have master's in the same.
Need to adress it with the professor verification from the university.
@meraj
Thanks for the information. My case is handling by attorney from my employer who is indeed a je*k. He neither listens to me nor to the employer. He does whatever he wants. If I request for more informaiton, he threats to withdraw the petition.

I thought it is for I -140, such rfe for h1 shouldn't be big issue. They might have overlook your masters , just send some good writeup explaining everything and how it is related along with transcript and letters from university. You should be fine.

yeah, agree with meraj, seems more experienced. University from where you did masters and their requirements for joining masters programs might help. Case handling with lawyer is the right way to do..good luck.

how can you have a master degree in the US when you have just 3 years of bachelor from Nepal. do any US universities accept such application without taking some courses to make it equivalent to 4 years of bachelors degree. if you didn't take 1 year of courses before your started your master, i think it is a red flag.

There are number of schools in usa that accepts three years of bachelor for master's. Google it.
In My case, I have around 3 years of work experience after bachelor's which is counted as 4 years of Bachelors. Thus, I was able to join master's.
