I have been seeing dead people on my dreams. One night i saw a dream where I almost died but revived. why is this happening to me? I fear I might die while asleep. Is it cause of stress and anxiety. I live with obsessive compulsive and bipolar disorder.

Dreams have various causes. Usually, your hidden desires and the impressions from the waking world are manifested in the dream world. Do not try to remember these dreams unless it is pleasurable. And do not consistently think that you have seen yourself dying, because you will make a strong memory in your mind and this thought becomes impression in your mind which will be manifested in your dream for the purpose of desire fulfillment. What happens in dream is unreal. It is worthless to make a big deal out of it. It is your mind which takes the form of objects, it is your mind itself which experiences all this, and it is your mind alone in which all these things are happening. So, there is no dying or living in a real sense while you are asleep. Your fear of dying while asleep is mere an imagination of your mind which is the result of fear. Remove this fear. There is no need to fear because while you sleep, though your mind is withdrawn from the waking world, pranas are at work which keep the physical body alive. Relax and enjoy the waking world which is more real !!

I fear cause I have heard many news where many Nepalese abroad not waking up after sleep you know

i saw a dream too, where i was dead/

i woke up... sweating. .... drank some water/ slept

woke up AGAIN !!.... found myself in my bed/

then i discovered i saw a dream in a dream where i was dead !!

it felt like REAL !!

parallel universe?? hehe

एक दिन मेरो भाइ ऐया भन्दै उठ्यो अनि बत्ति बालेर हेरेको उसको हातमा रगत छ | के भयो भन्दा मलाइ गोलि लाग्यो भन्छ र गोलि लागेको ठाउँ हेर्छ अनि सबै तिर छाम छुम गरेर आस्वस्त हुन्छ ठिकै रहेछु भनि | भएको के रहेछ भने उसले सपना देखेको अनि झगडा भै रहेको मा अर्कोले ठोकीदिएछ गोलि अनि त्यो गोलि लागेको ठाम बाट आएको रगत चाहि उडुसले टोकेको परेछ अनि ऐया भनि गोलीलागेको ठाउ थिच्दा उडुस मरी रगत लागेछ |

उडुसको टोकाई मा बन्दुकको ठोकाई संग हातमा रगत देखाई क्या संयोग ? 

then i and an accident after 1-2 days, i survived though. The night I saw the dream I think I was suffocating as I had 2-3 bundles of blanket wrapped up to get rid of cold winter night. so I don't know what's going on.
