Dear Nepalese people in Nepal and abroad,

This is not the first time that Nepal has been hit hard by an earthquake. Life is a river, and it will move and it has to move. I have a deep sympathy and condolences to the victims. My request to all Nepalese at this moment is to stay STRONG and POSITIVE. I am seeing lots of complain about government being not effective at this time of crisis. When was Nepal government effective in our society? So, let's stay calm. People who are keyboard warriors, if you can't directly help Nepal right now, at-least don't complain and spread negativity on online forums. Let the Nepal government work on its own slow process. As a citizen, let's not waste our time spreading rumors and negativity as this will not help Nepal in anyway whatsoever.

Also, please avoid following Indian media right now. India has never been friendly with us. This earthquake really proved what their intentions are. Hopefully, this earthquake will bring some enlightenment on Nepalese psyche and in near future we aspire to become a prosper state with our own self-effort, and with our new culture. The way Aaj Tak, NDTV, Zee News etc. spread the news is that they claimed that Kathmandu has become a 'pit-hole' where nothing is left. A reminder to all: MOST of the Kathmandu is intact. Only historic squares and city centers are badly affected. Obviously, the loss of life is overwhelming through-out the nation, but there is no point weeping around on what is already lost. Let's embrace the present without any dismay and hope for the best.

Our police force, armies, Nepalese people have shown how united we can be. Our separate ethnic identity has melted away and we have showed the world that we can also work as 'one single Nepali' with loving and caring heart. Many people are rescued by our police force alive risking their lives. Four month baby has been rescued after being 22 hours inside rubble. Isn't this a new hope? Why are we so fast about complaining about everything. Nepal is a disaster zone right now, and though international organizations has pleaded millions in dollars, it takes time to reach the people because we as a human being are entangled with our man made regulations and process. Nepal was never prepared for this amount of massive destruction and it really takes time to understand how to start and where to start for a government who is ill-prepared for any rescue operations. Kathmandu is now slowing gaining its normalcy. There was news in BBC that a US team is heading to Kathmandu to make the air traffic-control more better during this period of crisis. This is a chaotic situation, but please don't make more chaotic by spreading rumors, negativity, and complaining the government. This is the time we have to be very calm and work like a machine for the good of Nepalese people. Your good vibes, your positivity will give the strength to all those Nepali people who are risking their lives saving people. If you see someone helping in our facebook page, give it a like and even give a positive comment and spread the good vibes. It gives strength to them. Words have more power than you think.

So, let's stay strong, positive and united as ONE NEPALI at this moment of crisis without complaining about anything. We were hit hard by an earthquake in 1934, and we survived and we will again RISE. Jai Nepal.
