You mean US visa ? No you dont need one.

You can travel anywhere in the US, but you'll have to inform of any change of address with 10 days.

Yes, you can travel within US with an expired visa or no visa at all. They don't check your visa. They only look at the first page with your photo and name. You can travel with any kind of photo id. I once travelled showing my debit cards coz my passport was confiscated by ice and had no drivers license. I had to talk to tsa supervisor but they let me board the plane.

You need a valid ID. If your passport is not expired, then it will work. You can also use your state Id or drivers license.
