Immediate requirement for short term Tier 2 Desktop Support Technician.
Good working knowledge of Windows XP in an enterprise environment, experience with resolving end user issues, hardware troubleshooting/diagnosis and repair. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000, experience with Internet browsers (Netscape or Explorer), Lotus Notes.
Must have proficient customer relation skills and experience working with end users in a team environment. Candidate must be organized and customer service oriented.
