King Gyanendra,

Please see the state of your subject. What can you do? What will you do? Or, will you even do anything at all?

Thousands are dead. Many more thousands are wounded. Your soldiers treat your subjects like dirt. Rampant human rights violations, suspect encounters, and mysterious disappearances. Maoists kill who they think are your spies, your military torture who they think are Maoist spies. All this sadness and pain due to what two parties think, not know, and in the middle is an innocent Nepali who just wants to live his/her life.

When you became King, is this what you envisioned for your country? If you are the father of our Nation, can you bear to see your children in so much pain?

Who else thinks that King can get our country out of this mess?

Personally I think he has the power to do so but does he have the guts?

Deaths of less than 500 people brought so called Democracy to Nepal in the '90, why can't maoist understand that even 50,000 deaths won't bring them to power and just get into peace negotiation with the King.
