Recent verdict by SC on formation of RCCC is a landmark verdict. The verdict disbanded unauthorized, unconstitutional move by King. Well Deuba and Singh were corrupt or not that is different question, let CIAA handle the issue and come up with verdict. Formation of RCCC and issuance of punishment by RCCC was equivalent to maoist's so callled "people's court".

Now the question is Was that verdict a kick to Gyanendra by SC? or A trick of Gyanendra?

I think time will give us answer. It could either be SC's move to show Gyanendra how is incharge. Or it could be Gyanendra's desperate move to earn credibility for his government by planned move to show that authority is still with SC. Also, third possibility could be to patch up things with politcal party by pushing country slowly back to pre-october 18th era.

I think more than Gyanendra one person who is unhappy of Deuba's release will be Giirija.

This is Gyane's trick. I think Gyane is trying to confuse the international donors and parties by saying the SC is independent and he is not an autocrat.

Otherwise, why would they take so long to come to this decision and why are they giving the decision now?

I think so too, else why such a verdict by own appointed justices at the time when government's diplomatic wing has been biggest failure

I think Sher bahadur will be the PM very soon so that he will have a BAHUDALBADI-HANUMAN as loyal as TULIS GIRI and KIRTINIDHI BISTA.

Good question - Prajatantra!!!!

I have reasons to think that this might be another trick by impostor in a desperate attempt to muster any kind of sympathetic ground for his dwindling regime.

Clearly diplomatic wing of this government have been greatest failure. Ramesh N Pandey could not use his charishma well. After critical remark from China, even Kirti Nidhi failed. Now he needs to patch up with democratic forces, before maoist over takes the situation and international community change their instance to support democratic republic rather than constitutional monarch. Monarchy is in trouble now, finally and this is the time to get rid of them. But the question is will US/India support maoist involved democratic republic rather than constitutional monarchy. If they really want to solve conflict in Nepal they should, but let us see how it goes.
