no way
bangladesh deserve to be a test nation. after getting test status, it took sri-lanka over 20 years to get to the point where b'desh are at right now
their domestic league is but 3 years old. when they start getting players who have learned their cricket in this league rather than their earlier one-day leagues, its going to be totally dirrerent story
as it is, b'desh regularly challenge sides these days and altho they do invariably lose, we have seen their tests extending from 3-day affairs in 2002-2003 to 4-day affairs and these days b'desh regularly take opposition the full five days
gillespie may be a nightwatchman, but we have seen him play good batting knocks for australia over the years, its not like mcgrath is flailing them around. and besides, didnt this australian team just whitewash the SA less than a month ago? the first test match of this series should be proof itself that bangladesh are a legitimate test nation, altho undoubtedly a very weak one
watch and wait, in 2 more years b'desh will start to win against the stronger sides.
