Prachanda's three proposals
Kathmandu , 9 May: In order to create a suitable environment for the dialogue the government have started to free the Maoists prisoners, writes Sanghu weekly.
Flexibility shown by both government and Maoists for holding dialogues and controlling conflict has been positively responded by the people from every field.
Apparently, Maoists Supreme, Prachanda has come up with three conditions which are to be proposed in the first phase of the meeting. The three Maoists conditions include the dissolving of current parliament, drafting an interim constitution and forming all party government system.
If the government fails to fulfill these conditions of the Maoists then the dialogue may come to an end without any conclusions like before and the chances of resolving Maoists problem will be jeopardized.
