I've done that in The Last Resort in Bhote Koshi and that was one of the most thrilling few minutes of my life. The Canadian guy that runs that place is a total freak, he scares the shit out of you when you are about to jump. But, it makes the jump even more exciting. A MUST if you are scared of heights.

dyaam thats scary! i am scared big time with heights. I even get headace when i standing in my roof top where is our water tank, it is like on 4th floor. I love to do it, but dont know how/" Face the fear to get rid of it" heard of it but seems like hard to put on action. May be someone has to kick my butt when i am there but i am already freaking out. Jesus christ! freaky

I have done that. The experience is just out of this world. They dont pull you up..hahaha..that would be sick. you would probably throw up if you did that. They drop you slowly. Its not as scary as it looks.
