When I consult with a lawyer, he said that the employer or employer's representative should be in interview. Now I am confused. Even to make employer ready for processing paper is difficult....to ask them to attend interview is almost impossible........

I did not have to go for any interview. I thought it is a rare. If you are doing employment based GC most probably your lawyer is employer's representative. I could be wrong.

You are right, the employer do not need to go there. INS officer do a cross check while interviewing the applicant. If they want they can call employer as well. Call me or at 703 8488855, or akatwalifegood@aol.com for free consultation.
