A group of drunken Indian BSF (Border Security Force) men misbehaved with the locals in Belhaiya in the Western Nepal reports say.

The fully armed SSB-personnel who entered Nepali territory to drink alcohol in a local hotel, after getting heavily drunk pounced upon local security men deployed in the area.

The Lokatantrik government in Nepal and the high-flying EPA leaders are yet to deplore such repeated BSF acts of intruding Nepal’s territory and thus challenging Nepal’s national sovereignty. May 8, 2007

I'm not an india supporter but I don't think its smart to blame and drag the entire country for something that was the the outcome of some stupid drunk soldiers' stupid drunk actions. This is something of the local level, let them deal with it, lets not drag everybody into it.

My theory I believe was not of a "namarda" but was about thinking on a much broader perspective. If you don't like it, well you can go fug yourself. I was done with high school long time ago and hence have stopped thinking on the level of a high schooler.
Don't get me wrong, I do think it was wrong of those Indian soldiers when they did what they did, but come on now, do you think that was anything more than just a bunch of drunk thugs causing trouble? Nepal government definitely should complain about them to indian authority and make sure this doesn't happen again, but do you think shit will ever stop stinking? First of all, I AM NOT AN INDIA SUPPORTER!!!!
I'm a nepali and hence i like to think of whats best for nepal. And like I said earlier, I do think it wasn't acceptable for those indians to do what they did. But can you not see that this was nothing more than just a bunch of local stupid people doing what stupid people do??? Why are we dragging the India-Nepal issue into this? India has been a prick to its neighbours for I don't know how long, but do you really think this issue of a few drunk people causing trouble deserves any more attention than just a few hours in the local court????

Because it has been this little issue that we have let go for long time which is why we have Indian military encroaching 85 different border area in Nepali side. When situation like this is not made aware up to national level where everyone in the countries knows then how can we show India how fed up we are with this.

Then again you are right in one aspect, why make it a India-Nepal Issue when we know that the p**sy Nepali leaders and the p**sy maoist (who are willing to kill their own like cowards then die saving our nation from encroaching borders) are going to suck Indian c**ks later to stay in power any way.
