guys please help a girl with this,
she is in love with a guy who is in Nepal. he was into drugs but he had quit it long time back he then got a good job.but later he came in contact with his old friends and started getting involved in drugs again.this is the second time he is doing this.. he realizes what he is doing is not right and wants to get out of it, he tells everything to his mom and begs for help at the same time he get fired form his job too. he loves this girl very much she loves him too. she is afraid that he can never quit. the guy in the other hand is full of pain and looks upon her for her support. he cries and tells her i know if i am with u i can leave it i need your support please help me......but the girl is confused . what should she do get married to him get him to the US ( girl is H1 holder)and try helping him out , for this she is going to risk her entire life. or should she leave him the way he is and see him ruin his live further.guys your suggestion can change lives.plzzzzz advise.
if they seek advise from there own people, guys family will see guys benifit and the girls will see girl's so i am here to help my friend who is in trouble .since you guys dont have any personal attachment with either i think you guys can give the correct advise.

If she is in H1 than there is no problem. If she already had H1B stamp in her passport than she just has to go nepal and get married in temple which is very easy and fast and very next day go to Nagarpalika to register for marraige take few photographs with you. They will give you certificates right away. and than go to babamahal to translate it into english they will do it same day if yo give them Rs 500 ghus otherwise next day. On the mean time apply for visa you don't need marriage certificate to apply for visa so you can do this same day but you need certificates and few wedding photos for interview. If she has h1b stamp than she don't need to go to embassy otherwise both have to go to get visa for both couple that's it. Take a letter form employer too and police report will be plus for him. H4 visa is the easiest visa to get and less chance of rejection.
But think one thing what he will do after come to US . He can't work. But can join school. Staying in home alone whole day will be another frustraing...
