A day with a Pharma-girl

This happened when I used to work in a pharmaceutical company as a Computer guy.  There were a couple of nice girls around but she was different.  Our eyes met and locked for a few times but nothing had happened.  Well, there was definitely some kind of chemistry between us and I had to do something before somebody else came in between our newly found chemistry.

Soon I made friends with one of her buddy, a guy from India and found out her name, Ankita, yeah, Ankita Mukherjee, a very beautiful name indeed. I started visiting that guy often and looked for a chance to peek around her cubicle. But sometimes when she wasn’t there I just felt good looking at her beautiful pictures hung on the walls of her cube. I always felt chills in my bone when she looked at me through her big and gorgeous eyes underneath her curvy eyebrows which were like curved hills and her voluptuous lashy eyelashes. Thousands of times I had dreamt of kissing those eyes softly when she was asleep.

She was a pharmacist unlike me and her job was to devise new drugs which was damn exciting than my boring job. I was always fascinated by biology and wanted to become a doctor but since I didn’t get a full scholarship in a medical school, the dream remained.

I asked the guy to introduce me to her next time and I was glad I did. She was also pleased to meet me and it looked like we will click together. I had the privilege of having her company for lunch few times. I found out to the much of my delight that she was a veggie. Well, I always thought it was unethical to eat meat, however, it was difficult for my tongue to give up the accustomed taste of meat and we all know how many choices veggies are left with when trying to eat outside. It’s also very difficult to cook veggie food and now I had already fantasized about Ankita doing it for me. Wow, what a life it would be, Ankita would greet me at the door after I returned tired from work. She will make me some Nepali tea, rub some tiger balm on my forehead while I took a rejuvenating nap in her lap, ah..

She looked very much health conscious and most of the time she feasted only on salads. We talked about here and there and all crap and nonsense but it didn’t matter. I just wanted to spend more and more time with her and when she stared at me sometimes with those eyes, oh boy, she used to kill me. I used to get so much lost in those eyes sometimes that I literally stared at her face like a complete idiot. I came out of my dream only when she asked “what happened?, why are you staring at me?”. Yeah, something had happened to me and I had to tell her what it was as soon as possible and before it was too late.

I was going to Walmart one day after work when I spotted her on the parking lot. Damn, I thought, she looked like an angel just descended from heaven in a bluish green blouse and a white trouser and she had combed her hair in a new curly way too. I clocked my heart which was going at 200 times per minute and my eyelids were refusing to blink as my retina wanted an uninterrupted image of her formed inside it.

I persuaded her to join me for my own good saying that I would get a chance to learn about her choices that way. She readily agreed and off we went flying to the nearby Walmart. She was already there by the time I reached there. Man, this girl was very fast.

First I needed some solutions for my contact lenses. Here, we go I said and picked up a bottle of my regular solution, she held my hand at that point and squeezed it and told me to put it back instantly. I never knew this girl was so much physically strong too. “What are you doing?, check the expiry date and besides that this solution doesn’t contain propylene glycol, which is very much moisturizing for your eyes, take xyz instead”. Moisturizing.. for the eyes..yeee.. my thoughts were somewhere but I said “Yes maam” and we went ahead.

My shampoo was out of stock too and I grabbed my regular favorite xyz brand when she plainly scolded me for that act. “Are you insane?, this shampoo contains artificial fragrances and Sodium Laureth Sulfate which will make you bald in a few days, take this one which contains hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride which will make your hair soft.” I nodded obediently like a child. I peeked at her hair and there was no doubt on my mind of the fact which she just said. I just wanted to hide my face underneath her silky and beautiful hair and forget everything.

I had the same fate with my toothpaste, soap, deodorant and pretty much everything when they faced a strict scrutiny of my chemical-god like friend.

She was beginning to act like my wife and instead of feeling outrageous, I started to enjoy this feeling of having someone so close enough to care for me and love me. I started to imagine as how much this girl would take care of me if I had her as my wife. She will be a little possessive, a little naughty, a little demanding and ultimately I had to listen to her chemical songs instead of the usual melody and rhythm but I’ve decided that I can and I will live up with anything as long as I have the companionship of this beautiful and lovely lady for the rest of my life.
