This Red Sox win kinda echoes their '04 win. They were at their resilient best to overcome the odds during the pennant championship. Coming back from 0-3 against the Yankees in '04 and then sweeping the World Series against the Cardinals. This year again they overcame the 1-3 deficit to beat the Indians before sweeping the Rockies.
Competition was tougher in '04 but this year Red Sox brought a real team effort in the postseason. For a change, they did not just rely on Big Papi and Manny. Sox had rookies working wonders this year.

I ffffffffff hate red sox
red sox, celtics and pratroits they all suck and they all r cheater.
boston and new england r the worst team i don't know how the fffffffffffffffff they win .
they r cheater.
tom Brady and josh, david, manny and so on they all suck and will go down soon.

Congrats to the red-sox nation ! as much as i hate to admit, but the red sox did build a good team and outplayed most of its opponents ! 108 days till the pitchers and catchers report ! woohooooo :) .. ~ I wonder how many bandwagoners are gonna join the nation now ~

Nothing To Say .. stop being a sore loser, man. Bottom line is your Yankees did not win the World Series this year, Red Sox did.
I am not a football or basketball fan but still, the Patriots' enviable record speaks for itself. Celtics are just a pale shadow of what they used to be but one day they will also make a comeback.
