Yes and No.

YES: Some info is shared between some countries (esp in mideast etc) on terrorism grounds. This may not be your question.

NO: Embassies in NEPAL do not share visa application info etc. This may be the answer you are looking for.

Don't ask me how I know, but I know because I know. Can't tell you how I know, tho.
