In regard to current political situation in Nepal, I have some questions and I wish (that is best I could do) Supreme Prachanda and his courtier (Mr. Doctor, Mr. Cloud, Mr. Gajurel or anyone who is listening) answers them to help me understand them better.

1.       Why did Prachanda resign when he says time and again that Maoist will not tolerate foreign (read India) interference in Nepal’s internal affairs? Wasn’t it better to fight against such atrocities being in power?

2.       Why did he not follow the normal procedures of multiparty democracy and face no-confidence motion? Don’t you think it would have given them more support in general public and would have exposed other parties?

3.       When will they understand the basic norms of multi-party democracy system? It is not the biggest party but the party and leader with maximum support in the parliament get to make the government. Surya Bahadur Thapa, Lokendra Bahadur Chanda in Nepal and Chandra Sekhar, B. P. Singh and H. D. Devegauda in India were Prime Minister in the past following the same theory. How is the current case in Nepal different?

4.       If they were so much concerned against 3rd largest party forming a government then why did they make an offer to support MJF which is just the forth largest party and has appeal just in some part of Terai (Madesh)? Was it just one more strategic maneuver?

5.       Why they were so much against Army Chief Katwal and in favor of Khadka when they both were retiring in next 6 month anyway? If the video we saw a month ago was thing of the past then why such urgency? What was the ulterior motive behind it?

Thank you for your response. I truly appreciate them in advance.

Dahal talks of conspiracy to revive monarchy

Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said 'reactionaries' are hatching a conspiracy to revive the monarchy.

Addressing a programme organised by pro-Maoist National Civil Servants Association, to commemorate first anniversary of declaration of the republic, in Kathmandu Thursday, Dahal said his party was ready to make any kind of sacrifice to foil the conspiracy to reviving monarchy. He, however, didn't mention who the 'reactionaries' were.

"We are ready to make any sacrifice for democracy and reform," he further said.

Dahal claimed that he resigned as the prime minister because he refused to compromise with anybody on the sovereignty of the country. nepalnews.com

How did his resignation help???

I have one question for either Baburam Bhattrai or Prachanda.
What happens to your party if both of you die? I mean who will continue your struggle for revolution?

Sorry guys,

It is sentiment of generation, they will ask the question to leaders and try to relief themselves but the question here is

a) What happened to end of Rana Era? (Panchayat established)
b) What happened to the struggle of Nepali Congress? (Multiparty Democracy)
c) What happened to the end of Panchayat? (Multiparty)
d) How the rise of UML? (Madan Bhandari and Unsuccessful of Nepali Congress)
e) What happened to Ganesh Man and Krisna Prasad? (Start of Girija Era)
f) What happened to the end of Girija Era? (Pracanda Era)
f) What happened to the end of Prancanda Era? (Answer Yourself)

Ya, we are fighting in the Name of Girija, Pracanda, Madan Bhandari, Rana, Shah, please ask all these questions yourself. We are the poorest country in the world from more the beggining and every one is dividing us and ruling us. It doesn't matter you are asking the question to Pracanda or Girija, we will poor for ever if we don't ask all these questions ourselves.

Sorry about that, I am not any of them, just a people like you.
