I am planning to move to Australia. I am thinking to apply either straight through the government website or through some consultancy over there. But first of all, I have to show them at least 2 years experience in related field. I just graduated in IT(masters). How can I show them 2 year work experience?; the consultancy just told me that I have to show them pay slips where I have worked. Does any one have knowledge or experience, how can I present it and how will they verify the paper of my work experience. Any help in this process for me will be much appreciated . And Please let me know any agency too if you guys know or familiar. Thank you.

Thank you very much for the reply. But I am not trying as PhD student. I am willing to apply as PR candidate. The only thing I did not understand is showing at least 2 year work experience and how to assist the paper for it. Since I'm in usa and just finished masters. Do you have any idea about it or any best alternate way to enter which will be beneficial ?

For that, I would just get a letter from the employer. Experience letter should suffice the requirements. That is what many Nepali coming from Nepal bring. By the way, do not make anything fake as they will verify each and very document. 

Applying for PR needs pay slip tax document and letter from employer. You cannot show fake experience in resume like getting job in US (which i did too :|)
