I want to send some medicines ( theraflu packets) to my parents in Nepal . Which would be best way to send and how long it might take ? Any idea, will be much appreciated.

Theraflu is just a mix of cold medicines that are easily available in Nepal under various brand names and they are much cheaper in Nepal.

Exactly ...
The ones that are sold over there under different marketing labels most likely will have very similar cocktail of chemical compounds. The only difference (I presume) will be that the ones sold over there are priced for that market.

I never realized name of any cold , cough and flu medicines that I have took in Nepal back in the time. Do you guys know the name of any medicines that are available in Nepal and similar to theraflu ???

Look at active indridients
Rinostat Tab = Acetaminophen + Chlorphenamine + Phenylpropanolamine

Chericof Syrup = Chlorphenamine + Dextromethorphan + Phenylephrine

Pedia Syrup = Acetaminophen + Dextromethorphan+ Chlorphenamine +Pseudoephedrine

These should be available in Nepal.
