Govt sets up hotline for complaints, suggestions

The Ministry of Physical Planning and Works has begun a hotline number, 4227732, to register peoples? complaints and suggestions regarding the ministry?s various departments, cooperations and offices.

The ministry has expressed hope that the hotline service would be helpful in addressing the peoples? difficulties related to the ministry.
