good people in bad system - bad system will corrupt even the good people.
bad people in good system - good system will tame the bad people.

He mentions that he was section officer in chaitra, 2017 B.S. and Mr. Tulsi Giri was vice-chairman of the cabinet when King Mahendra was the chairman, and also after so many years, he was brought to be the vice-chairman of the same cabinet. He says that all this was possible only because of the blessing of king, and these kinds of things are not possible anywhere in the world but in Nepal.

Anyways, I agree with a need of system. Democracy is philosophy and not a system. There should be proper control and system inplaced for the success of this philosophy.

Nepal needs a total reform starting interanlly through parties to the government.

I really really aprreciate his spirit for the democracy, and there is no selfish motive in him unlike other political leaders. I guess that we're really in short of people like him in Nepal.
