PM ko bharkhar aakha khulyo. Too late bro. We don’t want small guys to be in trouble. Jail Prachanda for what happened. He ordered the beating. Throw out Gurung from the Parliament for lying to the peole. That’s only when we would consider that you are a little serious.

PM directs Sitaula to prosecute "all law-breakers"

Kantipur Report

KATHMANDU, March 20 - Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala Tuesday directed home minister Krishna Prasad Sitaula to take action against anyone found defying the law and secure peace and security in the country.
The PM gave the directions during a meeting of the Council of Ministers this morning at his Baluwatar residence.

According to Minister for Tourism, Culture and Civil Aviation Pradeep Gyawali, the PM directed the home minister to prosecute law-breakers to create a "secure environment" to hold the upcoming elections to the Constituent Assembly (CA) amidst growing criticism against continuing Maoist's excesses.

According to Gyawali, the meeting had concluded that the recent activities of the Maoists had put the peace process into "a ring of suspicion".

The council today decided to bring in everyone under the law by putting a stop to all illegal activities, regardless of which side committed the acts.

According to State Minister for Water Resource Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, the cabinet today also held serious discussions regarding holding timely CA elections.

Meanwhile, the government today urged the agitating business community to seek resolution to their problems through talks.

Talking to media persons outside Baluwatar, Minister Gyawali said that the cabinet had decided to invite the agitating entrepreneurs to sit for talks if they immediately called off their indefinite agitation.
