प्रधानमन्त्रीसँग भारत भ्रमणमा जाने निश्चित भइसके पनि अन्तिम अवस्थामा परराष्ट्रमन्त्री सुजाता कोइराला नजाने भएकी छिन्। कारण के रहेछ भनेर बुझ्दा त लाज छोप्न पो रहेछ। भन्नलाई त उनले बिरामी भएको भनेका रहेछन्। तर यो अचम्मको बिरामीको कारण भने लाज रहेछ।
कुरो के रैछ भने अस्ति भारत भ्रमणमा जाँदा नै उनले अब अर्को चोटी भारत आउँदा उपप्रधानमन्त्री भएर आउँछु भनेर उनले त्यहाँका सब नेताहरुलाई भनेर आएकी रहिछिन्। कांग्रेसमा गिरिजा बाबुपछिको नेता मै हुँ भनेर स्थापित गर्न नै उनको भ्रमण भएको रहेछ।
त्यही अनुसार हिजो बुबा गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले प्रधानमन्त्री माधवकुमार नेपाललाई आफ्नी छोरीलाई उपप्रधानमन्त्री बनाउनू भनी आदेश गरेका रहेछन्। आज मन्त्रिपरिषद् विस्तार र सुजातालाई उपप्रधानमन्त्री बनाएपछि साढे १२ बजे ६४ जनाको जम्बो टोली भारत जाने तयारी रहेछ।
तर माधव नेपाललाई के सुर चल्यो कुन्नि। उनले सुजातालाई उपप्रधानमन्त्री बनाउन मानेनन्। त्यसपछि त सुजातालाई लाज भइहाल्यो नि। अब के मुखले भारत जाने ? त्यसैले उनले अन्तिम घण्टामा आएर भारत भ्रमणको योजना नै रद्द गर्न पुगिन्।
What's wrong with that? Such an iconic lady representing the whole Nepalese should not only be made deputy Prime Minister rather i suggest she should be made Prime minister of our country.
She is such a great achievement of Jana aandolan. She is shining like a star in the Nepalese sky of politics. She has got such a great background. I am seeing these days she's growing in name, fame and strokes. To my great surprise i heard her fame is growing in such a pace that Margaret Thatcher's name is goanna be replaced by her. The sixth expansion of the UML-led coalition cabinet was deferred on Tuesday due to "internal differences" in some ruling parties.
Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal was to expand the cabinet before flying to New Delhi for a five-day goodwill visit, inducting at least one minister and some state and assistant ministers, but he had to defer the expansion plan as some ruling partners failed to finalise the names of their ministers.
The new ministers will be from Madhesi Janadhikar Forum (Loktantrik), Terai Madhesh Loktantrik Party and Sadbhawana Party.
Sources said Foreign Minister Sujata Koirala, who leads the Nepali Congress team in the government, is expecting promotion to Deputy Prime Minister and that Prime Minister Nepal has given his word to NC president Girija Prasad Koirala for her promotion.
FM Koirala was to accompany the Prime Minister during his Delhi trip, but she cancelled her visit at the eleventh hour. Foreign Ministry officials cited health problem behind the cancellation of her visit, but sources described it as an expression of discontent at the decision to put off the cabinet expansion. nepalnews.com
