FOX cable TV is an ultimate example. With Bill 'OReilly's "No Spin Zone,", "The 'OReilly Factor" successfuly pursuaded many stupid Americans to vote for Bush and put him into The White House one more time.

You should watch "O'Reilly Factor" on FOX cable network. FOX network tv virtually does the cheerleading for Bush Administration.

This network is the most proactive war on Iraq supporter. They virtually invent facts to pursuade public into supporting Republic agends purticularly Bush's agendas.

Though FOX was not allowed in Canada until late 2004.

i seriously believe american tv shows have huge impact on global culture and i dont mean it only in negative sense
i have friends from mexico who learnt english so that they could enjoy the show "friends" in its english version.
shows like americas most wanted are copied in alot country and are helping law and enforcement agencies.
i am more of a comedy watching viewer so almost all of my present fav are comedy

i have no reseacrh or facts to prove it but i do believe lots of these shows are not copied in its entirty but rather used as a premesis to laucnh show reflecting local culture

Seems there is very little effect and influence of American TV programmes and cinemas on the Nepali diaspora. My conclusion is based on the lukeworm response of Sajhaiites on this topic.
