Early March this year, sajha visitors were able to raise a little over $7000 for Ritika's treatment. -



This is an update for all of you who came together in order to selflessly try to help out a child who needed some financial support to see this beautiful world.

I have been in communication with the father, Mr. Sanu Babu Khanal, who has been informing me of the progress in their side. As far as I can tell, it has not been easy for them - specially having to deal with the visa issue to come to the US. Currently, they are awaiting some documents showing doctor's appointment in order to present during Visa interview. It's been difficult for them to communicate with the concerned officials in the US in spite of some other Nepalis in Ohio trying to facilitate the communication.
