I am posting a request here.

A non-Nepali colleague of mine will be entering a PhD program in Finance at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton campus in August 2005.

If there are Nepali grad students at that university or Nepali professionals in the Boca
Raton or Ft Lauderdale area, and are looking for a roommate (or just would like to help
a newcomer in the area), please let me know via ashu@sajha.com so that I can
put him in touch with you.

After seeing how hard Nepalis work, he has expressed an interest in having
Nepali (grad students) as roommates. :-)

The colleague in his 30s, and will be joined by his wife in one year. Let me add
that he has a great sense of humor, is even a stage actor, gets along very well
with Nepalis, and has previous degrees from an American (midwest) university.

Any help is appreciated.

There are some Nepalese there including profesionals both at the university and in that city.

There is plenty of Nepalese in (South Florida) --Boca Raton, West Palm Beach(very close to Boca Raton), Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami all within 50-60 miles.

If you are just looking for someone in that university then I will first confirm with the person, coz its been more than 2 years since I moved from Miami.

Anyways i will email you the list of people I know in that area through email.
