La sathi haru Kathmandu ma ghaderi ko bhau kati chha hola? Per aana? I heard becasue of Peace Process, the rate is going down is it so?....... I wanna know esp about Budhanilkantha and Kapan.

About 5 years awaitings i happened to go to kathmandu getting some great relief from my dish washing job in omeri richa and tried to buy a piece of housing land here...but there 's no way that I could go for that...(.hehehe...my 5 years dollar downtown stay.)...so I thought of being a big broker in this realm.....so its not amazing as you are..!

As far as i know it will cost more than 5 lakhs in areas round ringroad.
Around Budanilakantha area, price is increasind day by bcoz large number of British laures' are colonizing there.
I have no idea about Kapan area.
If you more far away from ringroad you can buy in around 2-3 lakh.....

But there is halla that if peace process get sucess then price will be low....

the Bhu mafia is on hybernation now.... the big mafia boss now sleeping in nagarjun parbat.... waiting for peoples verdict....

may be saddam fate. who knows??

buying house is cheaper than a ghaderi....

Oh ya hulaki bro u mean its good to buy house than GHADERI, is that cheaper or what?

Nepal economics doesn’t make sense. Real Estate price is not supported by any fundamentals. It needs serious correction.

Let’s take an example – you want 1 ropani in nice area and single family house. Its like 3000+sqft home in US with excellent lot. With 5lakh/ana and 30lakh home it cost around 120 lakh. You can easily afford similar house in US for US$180,000 e.g Texas or Midwest. Do you think you will get same security, electricity, health, education, shopping and carrier benefits in Nepal as in Texas? I would say, house in Nepal with at least 10ana should not be more then 30 lakh. It will be like Japan someday where price of house went down to -80%.

Don’t take me wrong. I love my country but the price its ridicules.

Invest wisely.

I think after perestroika of nepali state, the contradictions in land prices will be solved.

as the whole nation is coming to purchase land in kath, the absolute rent will definitely go up.
